You have 90 calendar days to request a refund from the date of your first payment.

To be eligible for a refund, you must give us an opportunity to resolve whatever issues you might have..

You must return any materials provided to you as part of your project.

You must delete all digital materials provided to you as part of your project, including drafts, samples and notes.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
